How to order?

1. On the Custom Set product, you will be able to send your inspirations as well as the details of your order.
2. Deposit of 15€ : A deposit is required to confirm your order. To do so, simply finalize the order in Custom Set . After receiving the deposit, you will receive a sketch and a quote. Always with the possibility of making modifications.
3. For more details and a smoother conversation, it is possible to send a message via Instagram .
4. Deposit Screenshot : When contacting via Instagram, please send the screenshot of the deposit invoice to confirm the order and thus refine the details of your set.
5. Finalize your order : After validation of the quote, you will receive an invoice for the balance to be paid before the production of your set.
6. Refund period : The deposit is refundable within 72 hours if you decide to cancel your order, provided you send a message within this period. After 72 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
7. Full payment : Once full payment has been made, the sketch cannot be modified and the order is non-refundable , unless cancellation occurs before 72 hours after payment of the deposit.
